THE ROLE OF OUR COUNCIL...
• To promote and enhance the quality of music and performing
arts education in community music and arts schools.
• To provide resources, support, and training to music
and performing arts educators to help them achieve their goals.
• To encourage and support the development of music
and performing arts programs in community music and arts schools.
• To provide students with quality documented opportunities
to participate in musical and performing arts events and performances.
• To increase public awareness and appreciation of the value
of music and performing arts education.
• To advocate for policies and funding that support music
and performing arts educational activities.
• To collaborate with other organizations and institutions
to further the goal of promoting and enhancing participation
in music and performing arts educational activities.
• To foster a community of music and performing arts educators,
students, and supporters dedicated to advancing the cause
of music and performing arts education.
